Huskrooms x Spa for Spirits

Huskrooms x Spa for Spirits is an ongoing photography and print project, led by sisters Nora and Lili Vanderstraeten.

​

Each time a new Huskroom is born—a blanket / jacket / dress / body composed of carefully chosen objects and fabrics—a photoshoot is organized at a site where nature and human world meet.​ One of the spirits from Spa for Spirits is then invited to wear the Huskroom, with a look designed by drag queen collective House of Lux. The photographs are taken by Nora Vanderstraeten.

 

In the future, once a collection of blankets, spirits, and photographs has been assembled, the project will be published in the form of a magazine inspired by the famous fashion magazine Vogue.
